Where are you located?
We are based in Boston, MA. Our vehicles are parked in various locations across the city, with each vehicle having a unique pickup location. We will coordinate the exact location with you prior to pickup. If you are interested in vehicle delivery, please contact us at 857-244-1313.
What are the rental requirements?
To rent a vehicle, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Provide proof of insurance (insurance declaration page showing coverages)
What type of insurance do I need?
You need full coverage insurance, which includes:
Collision coverage – Protects the rental vehicle in case of an accident involving another vehicle or object.
Massachusetts minimum liability coverage ($20,000/$40,000) – Covers damages to another vehicle if you are at fault in an accident.
Do I need to add the rental car to my insurance policy?
No, you do not need to list the rental car on your policy. We will coordinate with you and your insurance provider to determine if your coverage extends to rental vehicles.
Can I be added to your insurance policy?
No, we are unable to add renters to our insurance policy.
What is the cost to rent?
- A refundable deposit
- Rental rate (first week’s payment required for rentals exceeding one week; full payment required for rentals under one week)
- Applicable taxes on the rental rate
How much is the refundable deposit?
The refundable deposit amount depends on the payment method:
- $100 if paying by card
- $250 if paying via Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, or cash
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via:

- Cash
What is the maximum rental period?
The maximum rental term is 28 days. If you need the vehicle for longer, you must renew your rental contract after 28 days.
Do I need to pay the full rental amount upfront for rentals longer than 7 days?
No, you have the option to pay weekly at the set weekly rate. If you choose to pay the full rental amount upfront, you are eligible for a 5% discount. Contact us if you’d like to take advantage of this offer.
How do I cancel my rental?
To cancel your rental, please call or text us at 857-244-1313.
During Your Rental
Can I drive the vehicle outside of Massachusetts?
Yes, you may drive the vehicle outside of MA. You must stay within the continental USA.
What should I do if I receive a ticket?
If you receive a ticket, follow these steps:
- Notify us by texting 857-244-1313 or emailing [email protected] with a picture of the ticket.
- Inform us whether you will pay or appeal the ticket.
- If appealing, send proof of appeal and keep us updated on its status.
- If the appeal is denied, you are responsible for paying the ticket.
What if I use toll roads?
We will send you a weekly bill for any toll charges incurred during the previous week. Payment for tolls is required weekly.
Who is responsible for vehicle maintenance?
We handle all vehicle maintenance. However, as a renter, you must notify us of any dashboard alerts or required services (e.g., oil change). We will schedule an appointment with a mechanic and prepay for the service so you only need to wait while the vehicle is serviced.
What should I do if I need roadside assistance?
If you require roadside assistance, call or text us at 857-244-1313. Depending on the situation, either we or you may be responsible for covering the roadside assistance costs.
Can I modify my rental period?
Yes, if you need to extend or shorten your trip, call or text us at 857-244-1313 to make arrangements.
What should I do if I am in an accident?
In the event of an accident, contact us immediately at 857-244-1313.
After Your Trip Ends
When will I receive my refundable deposit?
We will process your refundable deposit within 5 business days after the rental ends, deducting any unpaid charges such as refueling fees, tickets, or tolls.
